Garlic is naturally rich in 33 sulfur compounds, 17 amino acids, germanium, calcium, copper, iron, potassium, magnesium, selenium, zinc and vitamins A, B, C and E. Ai is known to have many properties including:

  • on respiration
  • on the immune system
  • on blood circulation
  • on digestion and toxin drainage
  • on hair and skin beauty
  • and to have a repulsive effect on insects.

These benefits are due in particular to the richness of sulfur and antioxidants in the bulb. These substances help fight against the famous free radicals in the body, protecting cells against aggression and premature aging.

Application tips
