ANTARES - Precision Y noseband anatomic bridle

The Precision Y noseband anatomic bridle has been developed in collaboration with equine health experts to offer optimum comfort.

Its anatomical headpiece is padded with two ergonomic paddings to relieve pressure on the horse's cervical spine.

The padded headrest with two ergonomic paddings was developed in collaboration with veterinarians and osteopaths, with the horse's comfort in mind. It minimizes the discomfort usually felt behind the ears by conventional headbands. Thanks to its anatomical cut-out and two ergonomic side paddings, it is particularly suitable for sensitive horses.

The double-sided adjustable underthroat ensures perfect symmetry of the bridle on your horse.

The Précision headpiece is FEI-approved for dressage, CCE and jumping competitions.

The Y noseband of the Précision bridle provides optimum support for the horse's mouth by limiting lateral movements of the lower jaw. This allows better control of horses that avoid contact with their bit or seek too hard a contact. The specific design of the Y noseband provides an effect similar to that of a noseband or German noseband, while avoiding any awkward pressure on the nostrils and preserving easy breathing. What's more, the design has been carefully studied to prevent any pinching between the noseband and the bit rings.

In show jumping, the Y noseband is authorized in amateur and professional events. However, the FFE prohibits it in club, pony and dressage classes, and in preparatory classes up to 0.95m.

FINISHES:

The bridle is carefully finished with Antares stainless steel buckles, guaranteeing durability and strength.

To ensure the best possible quality, the bridle is oiled before shipping and comes with a bridle bag for easy transport and storage.

Please note that reins are not included, but can be purchased separately according to your preferences.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Clean your bridle after each use using glycerine soap and a damp sponge to preserve the strength and suppleness of the leather.

Moisturize your bridle leather once or twice a month by applying leather balm to a clean cloth or sponge.

Soften your leather bridle once or twice a year using leather oil. Apply with a brush for optimum results.

COMPOSITION:

The Precision Y noseband anatomic bridle is created from French leather, carefully selected for its exceptional characteristics. The thickness, density and hold of the leathers are rigorously controlled to guarantee their performance and durability. A specific vegetable tanning process, based on the use of chestnut bark, has been developed exclusively for the Antarès briderie.
