Direct orders

Direct orders (by telephone, shopping, . ...) can only be accepted after agreement from EURL EQUI-BRIDE; they will only become effective upon receipt of payment or according to the terms defined at the time of the order.

Additional conditions

EURL EQUI-BRIDE reserves the right to cancel or postpone the delivery of any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of one (or more) previous invoice(s) until a solution acceptable to EURL EQUI-BRIDE is established.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products. Any dispute on this point will intervene within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.


The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time of the order or made available to the customer in the case of a shop pickup.

Unless otherwise indicated at the time of the order, reserves the right to split the delivery according to the availability of the products in the shop. The contribution to the processing and shipping costs will be invoiced in reference to a single shipment.

Deliveries are primarily made by Colissimo. Other possibilities such as Chronopost, or other service providers are possible; the customer chooses when ordering. However, shipping by carrier, depending on the size or weight of the products, can be decided by equi-bride. The transport times being those of the service providers, cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in the delivery by these companies especially in the case of force majeure such as disasters caused by fires or floods and strikes.

Delivery costs are defined at the time of the order according to the customer's choice (Colissimo, Chronopost, ...). The rates for normal deliveries to the main European destinations are indicated on the site. For deliveries to destinations not listed on the site, these charges will be subject to an estimate.

Some bulky or heavy items may be excluded from the delivery charges; these charges will be subject to an estimate. Items on quotation are also excluded from the available price lists.

Product received not conforming to the order

In case of error of delivery by of products not corresponding to the order, the customer will have to inform according to the legal deadline in force. The modalities of return (transport, costs) will be transmitted to the customer by who will take care of the return costs.

The right of return cannot be exercised for video recordings or computer software unsealed by the customer.

All items can be exchanged or refunded except those marked otherwise.

Equi-bride. com undertakes to make the refund to the customer who has exercised his right of withdrawal as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days following the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

In case of return of a parcel with the mention: "Does not live at the indicated address" or "Unclaimed" or "Refused by the customer" or any other reason not attributable to the customer will have to pay the amount of shipping costs based on the real costs of the first shipment before proceeding to a new shipment. Customers in metropolitan France

Customer from a country outside the European Community & Overseas

The invoice will be established excluding French VAT. The rights and taxes on entry into the country will be paid by the customer; the latter will have previously ensured that the products ordered are authorised for import.


When, for a direct order, the method of payment is "On receipt of invoice", payment must be made no later than 15 days after the invoice date.

In the event of delay, penalties and collection costs are applicable as follows:

  • For professionals: from the 1st day following the due date. A fixed indemnity for collection costs of a minimum amount of €40.00 could be applied per late invoice (Art.
